Construction of The Politician: A Toy 1995-1997

Lawless with Joe Phral, Chairman of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering
Dept., Case Western Reserve University, goes over some of the mechanical
problems encountered while constructing the sculpture.

The tail is fabricated.  Polypropolene rope around an armature of an I-beam
and steel squares.
